View of the beachJamaica's two major cities are Kingston and Montego Bay (Mo' Bay). The latter, along with the towns of Negril and Ocho Rios (Ochi) are popular tourist destinations.
Kingston is the capital city of Jamaica and it is not a popular tourist destination.  More than thirty Consulates, Embassies and High Commissions are located there, as well as many businesses.  Kingston has it's own airports - Norman Manley International - and Tinson Pen for domestic flights.

Sangster International Airport is the airport which serves Mo' Bay, Ochi and Negril.  It is located right in Montego Bay.  Negril is approx. 1½ hours drive from the airport and Ochi is approx. 2 hours drive.  Those staying right in Mo' Bay will only have a few minutes drive to their hotel.  Negril is most popular for it's 7 Mile Beach and the cliffs of the West End.  It is a very laid back place and more "country" than the other two.  There are many hotels and resorts along 7 Mile Beach.   Most of the nightlife consists of beach parties and reggae concerts on the beach.
The city of Montego Bay and Ocho Rios Town are busier, and more populated than Negril.  Both have cruise ship piers that are popular cruise ship stops.  You will find many hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, and shopping here.  Nightlife is abundant here also.
